I don’t know about you, Reader …
… but I f**king hate it when I see someone selling something they’ve not achieved for themselves.
You know what I mean:
All these pimply teenagers in rented AirBNBs trying to tell you how to think like a millionaire
Or telling you’ve they’ve "cracked the code" of making money online
(There are more “cracked codes” in internet marketing that in Bletchley Park!)
That’s why I won’t sell or promote anything unless I have done it myself.
The fact I even have to say that is a sad indictment.
But that’s what you’re dealing with when you choose to sell or promote anything online.
Your biggest challenges are:
1 - Getting attention, and
2 - Believability
And the two are diametrically opposed.
Unless you tell someone you can make them 100k in 30 days, they won’t pay attention.
But if you say you can make them $100k in 30 days, their BS filters going into overdrive.
That’s why proof is so important.
The truth is that for many of those guys (and it is predominantly guys) selling those kind of offers, they hook you in with promises like that.
People generally aren’t willing to pay $2k or $5k off a cold ad to someone making such promises.
But they may be willing to take a punt on $7 or $19.
And that’s what you’ll see.
I know because I’m the person who normally buys.
It’s more out of curiosity now than truly believing what they promise.
Of course, the $19 product never delivers on its own.
But the way it’s set up is designed to maximise for attention, lower the risk for the buyer with the super-low price point and get people through the door.
The problem comes when someone who has less experienced enters the arena.
They see these $7 or $19 or $27 front end offers and think that is what they need to create.
Uh-oh.
The reason the most successful creators have these offers is very specific.
It is designed acquire customers. People who pay.
It is not a full picture of their business.
To understand their business, you need to understand their model and their economics.
For example, many clients I’ve worked with have a sophisticated system of ‘back end’ offers that sell profitably.
But they ‘acquire’ their customers in different ways.
Some have front end acquisition offers like these $7 offers.
Others use partners and affiliates.
Others use more sophisticated paid ads strategies to only put offers in front of warm audiences.
You may know all this.
You may not.
The purpose of mentioning it is that the economics of a business are so important.
You have to get the model right if you want to hit six-figures and then seven-figures.
It’s not a case of throwing mud against the wall and seeing what sticks.
That’s the fastest way to either go broke or conclude that your offer or business doesn’t work… and give up.
Neither of those things need to happen.
You just need to understand the mechanics and strategy that goes behind building a business like this.
Likewise, you can spend your time building a cult following.
Growing and cultivating a huge audience of people who love you and are ready to pull out their credit cards at the first opportunity.
But if your business is not set up right.
If your economics don’t work.
You can still end up broke, overworked and burnt out.
For a long time, this is what I feared for many people who I’ve coached and consulted.
We were building audiences… but the foundations upon which the business were built just weren’t strong enough.
(Or even there).
To build a six figure business and beyond in the online space is not hard…
… if you have the right components.
In fact, I love building these kinds of businesses.
There’s nothing more satisfying showing someone who has built up their audience finally being able to turn that into income, profit and all the freedom and capacity to enjoy the freedom that comes with it.
Equally, I find it disheartening helping people who are trying so hard and running around like a headless chicken trying to make their business work.
They’re doing everything they need to build a cult following…
… but the economics of the business and the way it has been set up will never support them.
That’s why I decided to develop a new workshop called The 6-Figure Cult, which deals with this.
Although the workshop has a focus on online programs and courses as a way to monetise your following, it is really about something else.
It is about how to set up a business that is designed to grow to six figures and beyond.
- How do you prime for growth?
- How do you become profitable as quickly as possible?
- How do you maintain the freedom and flexibility a business like this affords when done right?
There’s no point building an online business that makes you work longer hours than a job earning more.
There’s no point building an online business that doesn’t make enough money to make ends meet.
There’s no point building an online business that doesn’t give you enjoyment and fun and impact in the way you want.
Yet, this is the reality for most online businesses.
Building a cult brand is a simple, fun and effective way to build a foundation for more fans, followers, clients and customers.
Without the working model behind it, though, you can build an amazing brand but it either fails to give you the income and wealth you desire or leaves you a slave to running the business.
That’s why I developed this workshop.
And because it is something I have done myself.
(Even though I have helped multiple clients grow their businesses and brands to seven figures and beyond, as I said, I will only ‘sell’ this based on my experience with my own brands.
Of course, as soon as I hit the seven-figure mark… the name of this workshop and the cost will very much change!)
The 6-Figure Cult Workshop is about how you monetise your following in the right way.
No matter where you’re starting from, you need to set up your business, brand, coaching practice or community to ensure you are profitable.
First, there’s the question of planning and strategy.
What do you actually want to do? Why are you building a cult following in the first place?
When you’re clear on your goals, the strategy falls into place.
Next, there’s the question of offer infrastructure.
Is your business set up in the right way to do exactly what you need it to do in furtherance of those goals?
This is the part where I see the most problems with some of those I have consulted with.
They don’t have systems in place to attract, nurture and convert those within the business.
They don't have the right offers at the right time.
There is no journey they take their customers on – that gives customers what they need and gives you the revenue and profit you want.
Attracting more of the right followers by building a cult is great.
If you don’t serve a portion of those followers who want to become customers or clients by putting the right offer in front of them, they’ll drift away or go elsewhere.
And that’s is a waste of your time and effort.
The last part is driving the business forward, through broadcasting, getting the message out and building the sense of belonging among followers.
This is where CultBrand Academy comes in.
It shows you how to attract the right followers, turn them from cold to white-hot and grow your business for you through recruitment and referrals.
But if you’re model isn’t set up the right way, all your cult-building efforts will mean zip.
Because this is such a fundamental challenge and one that is more common than most people realise, I’m making the workshop as accessible as possible.
Why?
Because I’m a genuinely nice person….
Well, yes, that AND…
… if you’re business is set up the right way and you have a pathway to profit, you’re also more likely to invest in CultBrand Academy to accelerate your journey to six- and seven-figures and beyond.
The workshop takes place on Wednesday 30th April at 8pm UK time.
This will likely sell for $300-500 once the workshop has finished and the rest of the resources and assets are finalised (and nicely packaged up and polished.
I'm pricing it at $100 to the general public
…. but you can join for 50% off at $50 when you buy before Friday 25th April.
Here’s how to secure your place on the call for just $50 today:
